*Shipping and Return Policies


Please allow between 3-4 weeks for your order to be available for Made to Order (MTO) Products while orders on Ready to Wear products and sizes ships within 1-2 days. If any size is out of stock, it will be mentioned as Pre-Order Item on the product page and will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. If more than the required days have passed please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.


Our policy lasts 7 days when return can be made. If 7 days have gone by since your order was received and you wish to talk about return, please mail us to see how we can help out if possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Items with obvious signs of use, Items that has been opened, Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or reach out to us on our WhatsApp Number and any of our social media handles.

The original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied. Free exchanges are offered if merchandise is unworn and brand new.

Only one free exchange/return per order. For example, if you exchange for another pair and that size doesn’t fit you either, the shipping cost for a second exchange/return is then paid by the customer.

Shipping Return:

Free Returns are offered on all shoe purchases unless otherwise noted on certain products. Return requests must be made within7 days of the date you receive your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied.

We are pleased to offer a return/exchange policy on unworn items in their original, new condition. We have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high-quality products we offer. We’d recommend that you ensure your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpet before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns if they are not in perfect condition.

Email us if you need to return or exchange an item. Our team will forward you a prepaid label.

Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Made to order shoes (from Size 44 upwards) are not eligible for a refund. You can only exchange the shoes for an alternate size in the same style.

To return your product, you should mail your product back to us after return has been accepted via contact through right channels.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 30,000 Naira, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you’re ordering outside of the Nigeria, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. RyHails has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For an estimate of charges, please drop us an email and we will share an approximate amount liable to be paid at the time of delivery.
